Mostly it will be observing your swing, testing your mobility and strength, and asking questions that will help Josh get to know you and design the best program possible.

More than 80% of golf injuries are from overuse. Poor swing mechanics, and/or poor conditioning accelerate these injuries. Injuries typically center on the low back, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Golf specific training strengthens weak areas and corrects muscle imbalances to minimize the risk of injury.

No. It would be beyond Josh’s scope of practice to give golf lessons. His background and focus is on the physical conditioning and preparation.
