“It’s great!…He’s right there to guide me and make sure I’m doing everything right.”

-Cristeen Valicoff

“Working as an ER physician with fluctuating schedules of days and nights it is very difficult for me to have to go to a gym on a regular basis.

With Covid in the air from 2020-2022 Zoom services exploded & my training with Josh on Zoom facilitated me to be able to manage all these responsibilities and pay attention to my health & training as well.

The relaxed setting at home and Josh’s ability to tailor my workout with my bad knees has increased my strength and knees. I am eternally grateful to Josh for this and I will be a zoom trainee with Josh for as long as I physically can!”

FAQs

For Virtual and In-Home Training Sessions

What equipment to I need at my house?

All you need is some DBs and some bands to get started.  If you don’t have anything, no problem.  I will bring all the equipment we need to the session.

Does virtual personal training really work?

The key to success is consistency.  Often times people stop training because they don’t make the time to go to the gym.  When the training comes to you, it is a lot easier to be consistent.  As long as you have  a computer, or camera phone, we can get a great workout without you stepping foot outside.

How often should I train?

Clients usually see the best results while training 3 times a week.  That doesn’t have to be done however.  You can see success while training 1 or 2 times per week, as long as you have the discipline to work out on your own the other time or two per week.

Can I train with a friend?

Absolutely!  I want you to enjoy your workout.  Working out with a friend also creates a healthy accountability that will encourage consistency.  Not to mention, you can split the cost of the session with your friend or family member.
